The Prime Hook National Wildlife Refuge was established in 1963 primarily to preserve coastal wetlands as wintering and breeding habitat for migratory waterfowl. The Preserve is home to numerous species of wildlife. Some of them can be seen here. Many more can be seen when you visit!
